The Conference room block accepts online reservations at Hershey Lodge. Reservation deadline is Friday, February 28, 2025 or until our room block is sold out, whichever comes first.

You must use only the web address below to make your reservations. Please copy and paste the link into a new browser any time you need to visit the site.

Important notes about the link:

If you click on the link and then copy a URL from the browser, the link will not work for group attendees.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. No changes or cancellations are permitted within 72 hours of arrival.

Guests who prefer to call to make reservations may call 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for Northeast Decision Sciences Institute at Hershey Lodge, March 26-30, 2025. Our reservations team is available seven days a week from 8 AM – 8 PM to assist you.
